I had some requests for the cupcake recipe. It is really pretty easy, except for the papers to line the cupcakes...just get your sister-in-law to make them like I did! Also check out other fun cake/cupcake recipes at family fun.com

I love that website.
It just enabled me to make a pirate ship cake for Thomas's birthday that was quite the talk of the town but actually ultra simple.
Even the mother in law was impressed.
