Easter

The boys loved Easter! James loved his huge bubbles and William loved the candy.
James had a wonderful time spreading the fake grass all over our floors and enlisted the help of William. We are still finding bits of grass here and there!

We had a great time when we were last in Orem. James LOVES cousins! He runs around chasing after them until he is delirious. My brother Craig took me for a ride in his vintage bug. It is pristine outside and in and was a lot of fun. It is always good to visit with Danielle (his wife) too...she is so positive, fun, and full of life! I'll post some pictures soon of their Irish St. Patrick's party too...we wish all of our family and friends could be right here in Logan with us!

My shadow did it!

Let me start this one by reviewing a movie first. Brent and I went to go see I AM LEGEND a couple of months ago and frankly I am still traumatized from it! It has these freaky virus infested PEOPLE who want to eat normal people because they love the smell of normal people's blood. Their only downfall is that they have a physical reaction when they go into the sun or light so they live in dark places huddled together in hives. Well, ever since we saw the movie I cannot function in the dark and it doesn't help that I leave the house in the dark to go exercise. So this morning I get up and follow my usual ritual of turing on a light...turning on the next light...going back and turning off the first light...avoid the hive people lurking in the closet and around the corner...etc. This morning when I got downstairs I was horrified to find that the back door was wide open the WHOLE NIGHT! Brent and I couldn't figure out how it got open either until we asked James who finally confessed that his shadow did it. I've been pretty darn ticked about it and haven't spoken to his shadow since!

What can I say...William loves himself! My mom has this mirror over her bed that the kids LOVE to admire themselves in. William got a double bonus that day because he also loves being NAKED!!

Grandma Da Burn

I took the kids to Pleasant Grove for the weekend to visit Grandma LaVerne (James calls her Grandma Da Burn). She is really good to play with the boys and they enjoy her. We got a chance to visit everyone, which was great, and the boys had a good time.
