William's birthday is December 28th. It is a tricky birthday with Christmas being so close. He took cupcakes to his preschool a couple weeks before his birthday to celebrate.
We hid his birthday presents until after Christmas. He got a Harry Potter wand, Star Wars Walkie talkies, and R2D2 Play-Doh from Aunt Liz and Uncle Bob. He has enjoyed playing with them!
Mom and Dad gave him Toy Story 3, Gram and Granddad got him a Play-Doh set and Grandma got him a GIANT frog. He had a great birthday. I am wondering if we should celebrate it in the summer next year. Brent says that we could just make up a new birthday for him and he'd never know. He'd do it too if I let him!

Happy Birthday William!!! Some family friends of ours always held their daughters birthday in the summer. Then when she turned 16 she actually had it on her birthday (New Year's Eve) and I asked my mom why she was celebrating either early or late. My mom said that it was her actual birthday. My cousin has three kids two of them were born in the summer and the last one was born right before Christmas and so they celebrate all three at the same time and then have a special dinner and breakfast on her actual birthday but no presents. Anyway can't wait to see you!!!
My sister always had a "half birthday" in June because of a December birthday. :)
Any way, it's so fun to see your kids growing up and that hear that life is good for you. We miss you guys!
